By accessing or using Xoothjobs (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Xoothjobs is operated by Zilt Investment Ltd (RC 1502476), a company registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Xoothjobs, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
• All information you provide is accurate and current

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update your account if any information changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

For Employers: All job postings must represent genuine employment opportunities. You must not post jobs that:

• Require upfront payments from applicants
• Involve illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities
• Discriminate against protected groups
• Contain false, misleading, or incomplete information

For Job Seekers: Applications must be truthful and accurate. You must not:

• Use false identity or credentials
• Submit automated or spam applications
• Contact employers through means outside the Platform for posted roles

Xoothjobs is 100% free for job seekers. Employers can post jobs and access core features at no cost. We reserve the right to introduce optional premium services in the future, but the core job board will remain free.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Post spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes

All content on Xoothjobs, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Zilt Investment Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Xoothjobs acts as a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We are not a party to any employment relationship. We do not guarantee employment, the accuracy of job postings, or the conduct of any user. To the maximum extent permitted by law,Zilt Investment Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
