Xoothjobs was born from frustration. As a team of Nigerian developers, designers, and job seekers ourselves, we experienced the pain firsthand: job boards filled with scams, employers who ghost applicants, and platforms that charge fees just to apply.

We asked ourselves: what if there was a platform that actually verified every listing? That was truly free — not freemium, not free trial, but actually free? That treated both employers and job seekers with respect?
